As a music festival promoter I have used Ritchies in various parts of the country, but over the last 5 years I have presented regular events in the Bay of Islands region, namely the UB40 Red Red Wine Tour, the Bay of Islands Music Festival and most recently the Six60 concert at Waitangi. We have always found Chris to be extremely helpful and proactive with the planning and suggested numbers, we have a great relationship and good communication. One of the issues we face is the Northland trait of not booking in advance. We do send daily updates but this must make it hard for rostering drivers. Chris coped with the last minute nature and was even able to help at very short notice when another company was unable to provide sufficient drivers on their agreed routes.
