Driving a bus or coach is an exciting adventure.

Our drivers get to meet new people every day and visit some of the most beautiful places in New Zealand. We operate our own dedicated driver training school with a team of NZQA qualified instructors. This allows us to take individuals, who we feel have the right potential for our business, through the licensing and training requirements necessary to become a Ritchies bus driver with a Passenger Endorsement.

Recruitment

• Fully paid training provided by our in-house training school (for the right applicants)

• Plenty of work on offer once you have completed initial training (Full and Part time available)

• Opportunities may exist to drive Charters, School runs, Urban services, and other such driving duties

Following the interview, we check prospective driver’s employment references and if these are acceptable they are offered a training contract for which you are paid throughout their training.
